StatIM Maintenance & Cleaning

StatIM cassette seals are the rubber, rectangular stoppers inside the cassette that help keep water and condensation from collecting inside the cassette after cycles.

To ensure optimum performance of your StatIM cassette sterilizer, the cassette seal should be changed every 500 cycles or every six months, whichever comes first.

The StatIM air filters are found on the back of the StatIM sterilizers, and help maintain an adequate supply of clean air during the air drying cycle.

StatIM G4 Spare Cassettes

The StatIM cassettes are where you place your instruments for sterilization. They are extremely portable and light, which allows you to carry them straight to the operating room without risking instrument contamination.

By having spare cassettes you can stagger your loads and speed up your workflow, which would allow you to process more instruments and run more procedures.

Those extra procedures could pay off the cost of the spare cassette in the first day!

StatIM StatFlow

The StatIM StatFlow direct-to-drain kit allows you to connect your StatIM to standard plumbing, that way the StatIM can automatically drain exhaust water.

By draining it automatically, this frees your staff from having to empty the waste bottle, and allows you to allocate those resources elsewhere.
